Description
This is a little side project between us, Shobbrook Wines and Lucy Margaux Vineyards. Beautiful apples grown organically in Forest Range, picked late, allowed to rest for a few months, milled and pressed into old French oak to ferment. Stays on lees for a while. Nothing added at any stage. Sometimes in big bottles, often in small bottles, seen in kegs a few times.
